In this advanced level libraries, our instructor demonstrate how to install and use Business Office. This library is meant as both a support for self installation, as well as a followup tool for those who have had Business Office installed for them by Endis.

Are free trials offered?
At this time, we do not offer free trials to our business office library. The videos contained within the library are step by step procedural training for the most common functions requested by our clients, and therefore are modified on a regular basis to include up to date content.
How will I get access to the library?
Membership will be automatically granted once your registration is complete. We do recommend logging out of the site (if you are logged in), closing your browser to properly refresh, and logging back into the site. If you do not have a login, credentials will be emailed to you immediately after registration that you can use. The library will then be found on the Video Training Menu for you as long as you are logged in.
How should I pay? Is there a long term contract?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. You can change or cancel anytime by going to My Area > My Involvement.
Are there refunds?
Yes. We are here to serve you and provide you with the highest level of products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the library, you may contact us directly and we will refund your subscription.
Do you prorate for cancellations?
No, we do not. You will be billed at the beginning of your cycle for the full amount.
